A12 To Heaven

A12 To Heaven - book cover
In the early hours of Saturday 1st July 2006, the sound of a telephone ushered in tragedy. You don’t know how much you love someone until you lose them and we lost two daughters in a single day. Regina Spektor wrote a song with the lines ‘No one laughs at God in hospital, no one laughs at God in a war’. I had been taking my faith for granted but now I was going to discover it was the most precious jewel of all.

This book is a testimony to the kindness of Jesus. Day after day for a whole year I recorded how his love just blew me away. I cried uncontrollably so many times in his presence as he revealed to me so much about himself and the wonders to come. Whatever your circumstances, if you think you’re alone, read this book and think again. If you have already met Jesus, come and be reassured that nothing is too difficult for him. There is truly no one and no thing that we can lose that can surpass what we have gained in belonging to him.
Much of the book is delivered in diary format and includes extracts from Claire and Jenny’s diaries and also accounts from friends and family within Lowestoft Community Church.
